Now a days, we are getting more adwares online which may be developed to hack personal details or advertising purpose. The Adwares will occupy our Internet browser homepage through toolbars. The toolbars will block our attempt to change the Internet browser homepage. Here are the few steps to change the Internet browser home page.
Step 1 : Change the homepage in IE click here to view
Change homepage in Firefox Click here to view
Change homepage in Chrome Click here to view
If the homepage still remains same, please proceed with further steps
Step 2 : For Internet explorer
Click with right mouse button on the shortcut of Internet Explorer. Select ‘Properties‘ goto tab ‘Shortcut‘ and remove the http://qvo6.com argument from ‘Target:‘
For Mozila Firefox :
Click with right mouse button on the shortcut of Mozilla Firefox. Select ‘Properties‘ goto tab ‘Shortcut‘ and remove the http://qvo6.com argument from ‘Target:‘
For Chrome:
Click with right mouse button on the shortcut of Google Chrome. Select ‘Properties‘ goto tab ‘Shortcut‘ and remove the http://qvo6.com argument from ‘Target:‘
Now, try to set your homepage on your Internet browsers.
Step 3 : Disable unwanted add-ons and toolbars from your Internet browsers.
For IE :
For Chrome Click here
Step 4 : Open a run command and type appwiz.cpl.
You can see the installed application list on your computer. Please remove/uninstall the listed toolbars from the installed program list.
Babylon search, default tab, default tab for chrome, We-care toolbar, Delta toolbar, search-conduit, Yontoo, etc.,
Make sure all the Internet browsers are closed before uninstalling any toolbars so that the uninstallation will proceed.Now, try to change your home page.
Now, try to set your homepage on your Internet browsers.
